warranty Information
ShowerStart warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from date of purchase. This warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at our sole option, any such defective products. This warranty does not apply to equipment which has been damaged by accident, negligence, or misapplication or has been altered or modified in any way. This warranty applies to the original purchaser who must have properly registered the product within 10 days of purchase.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from showerstart.com, contact us at customerservice@showerstart.com within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund or exchange, excluding shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
Return of Products
We will gladly accept returns on any ShowerStart product purchased directly from evolveshowerheads.com.(If your purchase was made through a reseller partner, please contact them regarding their return policy.)
To return products purchased from evolveshowerheadst.com, including those under warranty, you need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from a ShowerStart representative. To receive an RMA number, contact us at customerservice@showerstart.com. The product must be returned with transportation charges prepaid and must be accompanied by a brief description of the problem encountered and proof of date and place of purchase. Product must be returned in its original packaging. When contacting us to receive your RMA number please include the following information: product part number, product serial number, brief statement of problem, best time and method for us to contact you. If you prefer a phone call, please provide us with a phone number where you can be reached. We will promptly contact you within one business day. Please note, any credits given for returned merchandise are for the purchased product only and are exclusive of shipping charges.
Tax
Orders originating in the state of Arizona are taxable, for which the state sales tax will be charged, all other orders are tax-free.
